Peter has
20 years' experience in corporate finance, including mergers
and acquisitions, takeover advice, capital raisings and
corporate and industry restructurings.
Peter had eight years in practice as a chartered accountant
with a major firm, prior to joining Schroders Australia
in 1982, where he became a director. Peter subsequently
became a director of Hambros Australia and head of corporate
finance in Brisbane. He has advised in respect of significant
transactions for Queensland companies and the Queensland
State Government.
