Paul has over
17 years’ experience as a corporate finance adviser,
including senior roles with Goldman Sachs JBWere, Morgan
Grenfell, KPMG and Arthur Young. Paul has significant
experience in advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestments,
other strategic alliances, capital restructurings, valuations
and strategic planning.
Paul has advised companies in a wide range of sectors
including consumer goods and services, building products
and services, engineering, banking, insurance, agriculture
and mining.
Paul has been a lecturer, author and marker for a number
of subjects for the Securities Institute of Australia,
including Applied Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis
and Law in the Securities Industry. He has also assisted
leading corporate finance professors at the Australian
Graduate School of Management.
