Frank has
over 20 years’ experience as a corporate adviser,
including senior roles with AIDC and Hambros Australia.
He has had broad experience in providing strategic and
commercial advice to companies in respect of matters such
as mergers, acquisitions and divestments, public and private
equity raising, project and structured finance, corporate
restructuring and shareholder value issues.
Frank has worked across a diverse range of industries
including beverages, building products, engineering, financial
services, healthcare, infrastructure, resources and telecommunications,
which included management of the AIDC Telecommunications
Fund and 5 years as a director of Optus Communications.
Frank is a regular speaker on corporate advisory topics.
He was a foundation member the Securities Institute of
Australia’s Mergers & Acquisitions Task Force
and the co-chair of the Advisory Committee of the Corporate
Financial Management module of the SIA’s MBA Program.
