Denis has been involved at senior executive level in the Information Technology sector in both Australia and New Zealand for more than twenty five years including positions as CEO of Powercorp Group Ltd and Country Manager of StorageTek NZ.

During this time, he has gained significant practical experience with both private and listed companies, including two successful IT start ups. Denis has worked in the investment banking sector for the past five years providing strategic advice to clients in the technology sector and has advised on a number of completed mergers and acquisitions.
